David is a Certified Mortgage and Divorce Planning Specialist in Pleasanton, California where he has lived since 1977.  David is highly involved in the community of Pleasanton where he has been Chairman of the Board for the Chamber of Commerce, President of one of the local Rotary Clubs and currently serves on the City of Pleasanton's Economic Vitality Committee.

David has taught  classes with the local school district on mortgages and is licensed to give continuing education credit classes to financial planners and insurance brokers.
